Scholarship Application for 2010

Entries are due by March 18, 2010.  Scholarship recipients will be selected at our General Meeting on March 19, 2010. You do not have to be present to win. 

Please note that you will be reimbursed for registration fees  only- fees will not be advanced.  Lodging and travel expenses are not included.

By entering this contest, you agree to the following:

• You are a current member of APIC Sierra Chapter;
• You will need to attend an Infection Prevention related conference anywhere between January 1 and December 31, 2010.
• You will report back to the membership during a Chapter meeting about the conference (this does not need to be a formal presentation).
